1 Owner-Operated Company with Social Responsibility
We are an owner-operated, medium-sized Internet company. The entire heart and soul of our founder and sole shareholder is embodied within Aviano. We prefer long-term stable growth to rapid disproportionate sales. Personnel decisions are made with care and consideration, empowering our employees and relying on harmonious interaction between all team members.

At Aviano we deal with new challenges every day. The structures and requirements of our customers are constantly changing. We adapt to these changes quickly and efficiently. 3 Working in an international environment
At Aviano we speak English, German, French, Spanish and Italian. Could it get anymore international? Absolutely, our customers speak Chinese, Arabic, Danish, Dutch and many other languages as well. At Aviano we are accustomed to dealing with many countries and cultures. We offer in-house language training where you can expand your knowledge of foreign language during working hours.

A culture of open communication, flat hierarchies and a tolerant approach to each other ensure a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Company events, such as a race at the go-kart track or a dragon boat trip on the Lake Tegern offer great opportunities for the team to come together. 5 Living and working in the city with heart: Munich
From the Munich City Centre you can reach us in just 30 minutes. Our office and warehouse is located in the Munich suburb of Ismaning. Our location offers excellent connections to suburban trains, bus and motorway. If you haven’t moved to Munich yet, you will love it in no time at all. Munich offers Bavarian hospitality together with the international flair of a large city, extensive sports and recreation possibilities and is surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains.
